Thallophyta:

• They are usually referred to as the organisms that do not move. They include the plants of algae, fungi and lichens

• Thallophytes do not have a reproductive system that is they have hidden reproductive system

• They do not have differentiated bodies and they are considered as single organisms

• Ulothyrx, Spirogyra, Laminaria, Fucus, Saragassam are some of the examples of thallophytic plants

Bryophyta:

• These are plants that are found on land and they are mostly non-vascular and the groups of mosses, hornworths and  liverworths  belong to bryophytes

• They have developed sex organs and they are jacketed

Sexual reproduction which occurs in them are of oogamous type

• Mountain fern moss, Riccia fluitans, Silvery bryum, Pincushion moss, Common liverworth, Bank haircap are some example of bryophytes

Pteridophytes:

• These are well developed plants that are found on land

• The plants that come under this groups have vascular bundle

• They have hidden reproductive system since they do not have either flower or seed

• Whisk fern, Marsilea crenata, Cibotium barometz, Silver fern, Salvinia natans are some example of pteridophytes
