Let the percentage of distance travelled by auto rickshaw be "x"
70% + 28% + x = 100% (total distance)
98% + x = 100%
x = 100% - 98%
x = 2%
2% of total distance = the distance covered by
the auto rickshaw
2/100 × 350 = 700/100
= 7km
thus, the distance covered by the auto rickshaw is 7km

SOLUTION :-

The total distance travelled by Rakesh (100%) = 350 km

Now,

He travelled 70% of the total distance by train

=  \frac{70}{100} \times 350

= 245 km

\therefore Rakesh travelled 245 km by train

He travelled 28% of the total distance by bus

=  \frac{28}{100} \times 350

= 98 km

\therefore Rakesh travelled 98 km by bus

To be found :-

The distance that Rakesh travelled by autorickshaw

The rest  % was by autorickshaw

= 100% - (70% + 28%)

= 100% - 98%

= 2%

So,

Rakesh travelled 2% of the total distance by autorickshaw

=  \frac{2}{100} \times 350

= 7 km

\therefore Rakesh travelled 7 km by autorickshaw

Hence,

Rakesh travelled 7 km by autorickshaw
