Let's see,

First we have to make them as like fractions.
1/2 x 3/3 = 3/6
1/3 x 2/2 = 2/6

Now, the are no numbers between these two, so let's take a short cut.
Let's multiply both of them with one number greater than the number of numbers we need, i.e. 6⃣/6⃣

3/6 x 6/6 = 18/36
2/6 x 6/6 = 12/36

Now take the five numbers that come between these two!

first find the lcm of 2 and 3 that is 6
then 1/2 ×3/3 =3/6
1/3 × 2/2 =2/6
then multiply same number in the numerator and denominator.
3/6 ×6/6 =18/36
2/6 ×6/6 = 12 /36
5 rational no are 13/36 , 14/ 36, 15/36 , 16/36, 17 /36.
