Let , meena has x pencils

therefore, Ravi has x+5 .

Therefore ,

x + x + 5 = 19

2x + 5 = 19

2x = 19 - 5

2x = 14

x = 14 ÷ 2

x = 7

x = 7+5=12

Ravi has total 12 pencils.
