Read the passage given below and make a summary in about 100 words:
Throughout history, winners and heroes have experienced periods in their lives
that could be described as their desert experiences, when they've been confused
and discouraged. Why, therefore, does it come as a surprise to us when we experience
similar times in our lives? Times that are dry and arid, when we feel discouraged,
times of stress when events in our lives are taking place so fast that we don't know
the questions, much less the answers.
Life is difficult, but it doesn't have to be hard. Life comes to us in a series
of challenges, and the attitude with which we choose to perceive these challenges
and the mind-set with which we prepare for these challenges determines whether
our lives are hard or whether our lives are rewarding.990
