 \frac{5 +  \sqrt{3} }{7}  + 4 \sqrt{3}  = a + b \sqrt{3}  \\  \frac{5 +  \sqrt{3}  + 28 \sqrt{3} }{7}  = a + b \sqrt{3}  \\  \frac{5}{7}  +  \frac{29 \sqrt{3} }{7}  = a + b \sqrt{3}

Therefore, a = 5/7

b = 29√3/7
