We have to keep a healthy diet to keep our body fit and healthy .Now , in this modern world we do not get enough time to look our health . But it is important to keep a balance diet and doing light exercises like walking, joging etc. It makes our body clean and fit. We have to eat good home made food and avoid junk foods. Eating good food keeps us healthy and also it is good for skin. So everybody should keep a healthy diet.
