(10x+y)7=4(10y+x)

70x + 7y = 40y + 4x

66x=33y

66x - 33y = 0

6x - 3y = 0

x+y=3

6x + 6y = 18

6x - 3y = 0

Subtract the two equations

9y =18

y=2

x=1

The no. is 12
