To show that (a-b)^2,a^2+b^2,(a+b)^2 are in A.P.

Se we know that for three terms in a.p. the condition for common difference is T2-T1=T3-T2

a^2+b^2-a^2-b^2+2ab=a^2+b^2+2ab-a^2-b^2

2ab=2ab.

hence given terms are in A.P.
