Answer:

-5

Step-by-step explanation:

5x +7/2 = 3/2 x -14

5x +7/2 -3/2 x = 3/2 x -14 -3/2x

7/2x + 7/2 = -14

7/2x + 7/2 -7/2=-14-7/2

7/2x = -35/2

x=-35/2 ÷7/2

 = -35/2 × 2/7

x= -5

↦Solution : -

Given : -

5x + 7/2 = 3/2x - 14

Now : -

We are multiplying both sides of equation by 2 ..

So : -

→2 × (5x + 7/2) = 2 × (3/2x - 14)

→(2 × 5x) + (2 × 7/2) = (2 × 3/2x) - (2 × 14)

→10x + 7 = 3x - 28

→10x - 3x + 7 = -28

→7x + 7 = -28

→7x = -28 - 7

→7x = -35

→x = -35/7

x = -5

So , Value of x is -5 ....
