For A,

Wiry outgrowth was seen on a plan

arising from in between the leaf and

stem are Tendrils .They are Aerial modifications of stem.

For B,

Green plant with flat stem

but no leaves. The entire plant was

covered by soft spines.

These are Phylloclades which are also aerial modifications of stem which is seen in Xerophyte( plants growing on deserts )

e.g. opuntia shows spines.

For C,

Many obliquelyx roots were given out from the lower nodes, apparently for extra support are Stilt roots which is modification of adventitious root for mechanical support.

e.g. Sugarcane, maize, etc..

For D,

Many plants in the marshy region had upwardly growing roots. They could be better seen during low tide.

-----} They are Pneumatophores which is modification of tap root system for Respiration.
