As per condition ,
Area of ground=3375m²
l*b=3375
5x*3x=3375
15x²=3375
x²=3375/15
x²=225

Length=5x=5*15=75m
Breath=3x=3*15=45m
When Length is increased and breadth is decreased
New length = 75 + 5
= 80 m
New breadth = 45 - 5
= 40 m
so area = 80 * 40
= 3200 m²
effect on area is that area decreased by 175 m²
