Answer:

Explanation:

il...... a) both A &R are true & R is the correct explanation of A

ii)......c) A is true but R is false

Nervous tissues have nurons, nurons have dendrites & dendrons which detect stimulus and transfer to cyton .

Concept: i. Mitochondrial: Power house of cell.

ii. Nervous impulses: generated when neurons are stimulated

Answer:

i. (a) Both A and R are true and R is the correct explanation for A

ii. (d) A is false but R is true

Explanation:

i. The mitochondria is also known as the power house of the cell. The cristae is formed using multiple folds of inner membrane of mitochondria which helps and allows greater number of enzymes (electron transport chain enzyme) and the ATP synthase to get packed in the mitochondria, which in turn helps to store greater amount of ATP/power/energy. Hence, (a) is the correct answer.

ii. The nervous system is made up of nervous tissue which is formed by 2 types of cell called the neurons and the glial cells. These both are responsible for conduction of impulses thought out the body. Also, yes all the cell present in the body have the ability to respond to any stimuli. Hence, (d) is the correct answer.
