Step-by-step explanation:

L=5x²-6

W=2x²-2

P=2(L+W)

P=2(5x²-6+2x²-2)

P=2(7x²-8)

P=14x²-16

Given

we have given length and breadth of a Rectangle which is 5x²-6 & 2x²-2 respectively.

To Find

We have to find its perimeter.

\sf\huge \mathbb{\underline{\underline{{Solution}}}}

Since,we have given length and breadth so,we can easily calculate it's perimeter by using the formula :

Perimeter of Rectangle=2(l+b)

Where,l is the length ;b is the breadth

\sf\implies \: Perimeter \: of \: Rectangle = 2(5 {x}^{2}  - 6 + 2 {x}^{2}  - 2)

\sf\implies2(7 {x}^{2}  - 8)

\sf\implies14 {x}^{2}  - 16

\sf \therefore \: Perimeter \: of \: Rectangle \: is \: 14 {x}^{2}  - 16 \: sq.units

Extra information=>

Perimeter is the total distance occupy by a solid 2D figure around its edge.

Rectangle

  • A rectangle is a type of quadrilateral.
  • Opposite sides are parallel & equal
  • Sum of all Interior angles makes 360°
  • Diagonals bisects each other and both diagonals are of same length.
