Let's start from the second statement about their ages after 4 years. As ratio of their ages after 4yrs is 6:5:10:12 , so let's assume 4yr later (from now) ages of P, Q, R and S are 6x,5x,10x,12x respectively. So their current ages are 6x−4,5x−4,10x−4,12x−4 .

Now using first statement, 6x−4+5x−4+10x−4+12x−4=50

So 33x−16=50

So 33x=66

So x=2

So S's current age is 12x−4=20

So S's age 3yrs from now, will be 23
