let the two digit number be (10x+y)

then, according the question,

x + y = 9...........................................(i)

and, 10y + x = (10x + y) + 27

10y + x = 10x + y + 27

9y - 9x = 27

y - x = 3.......................................(ii)

subtracting ii from i

2x = 6

x = 3

substituting x = 3 in i

we get, y = 6

hence the two digit number is

10×3 + 6 = 36
