Answer:

V = 7.68 m^(3)

h = 1 m

l = 3.2 m

b = ?

we know

volume of cuboid

V = l×b×h

b = V ÷(l×h)

b = 7.68 ÷ ( 3.2 × 1)

b = 7.68 ÷ 3.2

b = 2.4

so breadth is 2.4 m

Answer :

  • Breadth = 2.4m

Given :

  • Length = 3.2m
  • Height = 1.0m
  • Volume of cuboid = 7.68m

To find :

  • Breadth

Solution :

As we know that,

  • Volume of cuboid = l × b × h

where , l is length, b is breadth and h is height

》Volume of cuboid = length × breadth × height

》7.68 = 3.2 × b × 1.0

》b = 7.68/3.2 × 1.0

》b = 7.68/3.2

》b = 2.4m

Hence, Breadth is 2.4m

Verification :

As we know that,

  • Volume of cuboid = length × breadth × height

where,

  • l = 3.2m
  • b = 2.4m
  • h = 1.0

3.2 × 2.4 × 1.0

》7.68m

Hence verified
