Every student has different style of learning. Some students prefer to study alone while others prefer to study in group. I completely agree that study in group is the best style of learning compare to study alone. According to Merriam Webster Dictionary, learning can be defined as the activity or process of gaining knowledge or skill by studying, practicing, being taught, or experiencing something, the activity of someone who learns, and knowledge or skills that gained from learning. While group is define as a number of people or things that are together or in the same place, a number of people who are connected by some shared activity, interest, or quality, and a number of things that are related in some way. Therefore, study group can be defined as a group of people who are study or learn together. Study in group is also known as cooperative learning where two or more people are helping each other in learning. This type of learning involves discussions, problems solving and other activities that can be done in small group or pairs that aim to achieve a common goal among the members.
