Breakfast is the food taken in the morning to break the fast we have kept since we took our supper last night.
It is beneficial since we take our first food in the morning to feed our hunger.
It gives energy throughout the day till we take our lunch.
It is needed because we have kept our stomach empty nearly for 8 - 9 hrs.
If we do not take our breakfast, then we don't get energy to work the whole day causing stomach pain, hunger, etc.
