5 tubelights each of 40 watt are operated for 10 houses.CALCULATE ELECTRICAL ENERGY . explain it .

Energy used by 1 tubelight = 40W
Energy used by 5 tubelights = 40 x 5 = 200W
Energy used in 10 hours = 200 x 10 = 2000W = 2KWh = 2 units
