as here b is 9 so r can be 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8

(9m)^2=81m^2

=9(9m^2)

=9q

(9m+1)^2=81m^2+1

=9(9m)+1

=9q+1

and so on it can be changed continued upto (9m+8)^2
