Steps of mail merge system:

In blank MS word document, first click on mailing tab and click start mail merge and then click step by step mail merge wizard.

• You have to choose document type and then select the starting document and select recipient.

• Then write the letter and add custom fields.

to attend the Alumni meet in your college.
