SOLUTION:-

• In meters=$\frac{13}{10} * 1000$

                        = 1300 meters.

• Total distance travelled by Vedant in kilometers = $\frac{7}{10} + \frac{3}{5}$

                                                                                          = $\frac{7+6}{10} = \frac{13}{10}$ kilometers.
