Electric Field is Voltage /distance.

Here potential V = 150 - (-50) = 200.

Distance between the two plates as given in the question is = 2 cm.

Hence, the required electric field will be (with air as the = 200/2 =100 Volt/cm.

If the dielectric medium is of dielectric constant K then electric field will be 200k volt/cm.
