Canventoce is correct choice.

Joseph Bienaimé Caventou

Chlorophyll is responsible for the green color of many plants and algae. Seen through a microscope, chlorophyll is concentrated within organisms in structures called chloroplasts. Chlorophyll was first isolated and named by Joseph Bienaimé Caventou and Pierre Joseph Pelletier in 1817.

  • Pelletier and Caventou

These are the most important components of chloroplast lamellae. The name chlorophyll was first coined by Pelletier and Caventou in 1818 but the chemical structure describing chlorophyll as magnesium complexes was obtained by Willstatter and Stoll in 1913.
