Answer:

At warm condition bacteria turn the milk into curd. So in summer the temperature is high and favourable for the bacteria growth. As a result, the bacteria multiply faster which leads to change the milk into curd. That iss why it takes more time in winter for the curd to set compare to summer time.

Summer is a hottest season and winter is the coldest season..Curd needs heat and so the curd get more heat in summer and so in summer it takes less time to prepare it...
