• Presence of government also prevents lawlessness, chaos and anarchy.
• Just like the center, state government also has three organs.
• It will have a legislature, to make laws . Legislative Assemblies and Legislative council are elected bodies and are responsible for making laws.
• Executive branch which is responsible for implementing policies made by the legislature. This may include Chief Minister, his council of ministers,
• Judiciary to deliver justice and ensure fair play in the society. It also interprets laws made by the legislature, We may give example of High courts, district courts.
