 =  >  5(\frac{x + 11}{3} ) = 3( \frac{1 + x}{2} )

 =  >  \frac{5x + 55}{3}  =  \frac{3x + 3}{2}

 =  > 10 x +  110 =  9x + 9

 =  > x =  - 101

5x+55 = 3+3x

cross multiply the given two alzebric expressions

10x+110 = 9x+9

bring all the variables a side

10x-9x = -110+9

x = -101
