9 + 3 + 7 × 2 - 2x = 38 - 2x

Then , we have to minus these terms

10 - 2x - 32 - 7x - 38 - 2x

10 - 32 - 38 - 7x - 2x -2x

-60 - 11x

-11x = 60

X = 60/-11
