This is the answer.

5( \frac{x}{3}  -  \frac{2}{3} ) = 3( \frac{2x}{3}  -  \frac{4}{5} )

5( \frac{x - 2}{3} ) = 3( \frac{6x - 20}{15} )

 \frac{5(x - 2)}{15}  =  \frac{3(6x - 20)}{45}

 \frac{5x - 10}{15}  =  \frac{18x - 60}{45}

45(5x - 10) = 15(18x - 60)

225x - 450 = 170x - 900

55x =  - 450

x =  \frac{ - 450}{55}
