 {(5x + 3y)}^{2}  -  {(5x - 3y)}^{2}  \\  \\ using \: the \: identities \\  {( a + b)}^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  + 2ab \\  \\  {(a - b)}^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  - 2ab \\  \\  = ( {(5x)}^{2}  +  {(3y)}^{2}  + 2 \times 5x \times 3y)  \\ - ( {(5x)}^{2}  +  {(3y)}^{2}  - 2 \times 5x \times 3y \\  \\  = ( {25x}^{2}  +  {9y}^{2}  + 30xy)  \\ - ( {25x}^{2}  +  {9y}^{2}  - 30xy) \\  \\  =  {25x}^{2}  +  {9y}^{2}  + 30xy -  {25x}^{2}  -  {9y}^{2}  + 30xy \\  \\ after \: cancelling \: we \: get \\  \\  = 30xy + 30xy \\  \\  = 60xy
