Hii ☺ !!

Here is your answer ✓ ✓ ✓ ✓

5x² - 3x - 2 = 0

because it is of the form ax² + bx + c. and as we know that any equation which will be in the form of ax²+bx+c should be equal to 0.

So,

ax² + bx + c = 0

5x² - 3x - 2 = 0

5x² - ( 5 - 2 )x - 2 = 0

5x² - 5x + 2x - 2 = 0

5x ( x - 1 ) + 2 ( x - 1 ) = 0

( x - 1 ) ( 5x + 2 ) = 0

( x - 1 ) = 0 or ( 5x + 2 ) = 0

x = 1 or x = -2/5

Hence,

1 and -2/5 are the two zeroes of the given quadratic equation..

☺ Hope it will help you ☺
