SO,

According to the first condition,

x-5 = 4(y-5)

x- 4y = -20 +5

According to the second condition

x + 5 = 2(y+ 5) + 6

x - 2y =10 - 5 + 6

-2y = -26

y=13

Substituting y=13 in equation 2)

x = 11 +26

x =37
