The areas of a parallelogram and a rectangle are same. The rectangle measures 10 cm x 8 cm. If one side of the
parallelogram is 16 cm, find the corresponding height of the parallelogram.

Area of the rectangle - l*b

- 80 cm2

Now, by the formula of area of paralleloram,

b*h we get

16*h - 80cm2

h - 5 cm

so , B * h : 80 cm^2

16 ×h = 80 cm^2
