Dear Diary,

Today has been the most wonderful day of my life. Why do you think that is? Garima mam informed me that I had won the title of "Best Sportsman of the Year." I'm overjoyed that all of my hard work has finally paid off. I'll never forget how hard I worked in the field during summer camp in order to make the school's cricket team. My efforts had been acknowledged by my coach. When the Chief Guest presents me with the trophy for "Best Sportsman," my parents will be overjoyed. For me, all of the parents and professors will clap. At that point, I would be a hero. I've also been chosen to compete for the team at the School Nationals, which will be held next month.
