/* It may be like this */

 5(z+3) = 4(2z+1)

 \implies 5z + 15 = 8z + 4

/* subtract bothsides by 4 ,we get */

 \implies 5z + 15 - 4= 8z + 4 - 4

 \implies 5z + 11= 8z

/* Subtract bothsides by 5z , we get*/

 \implies 5z + 11 - 5z  = 8z - 5z

 \implies 11 = 3z

 \implies z = \frac{11}{3}

Therefore.,

 \red { Value \: of \: z } \green {= \frac{11}{3}}

Answer:

5(z + 3) = 4(2x + 1)

5z + 15 = 8x + 4

15 - 4 = 8x - 5z

11 = 8x - 5z

Hope it will be helpful :)....✍️
