50.05 is a decimal value.

We know that all decimal values con be converted into a fraction EXCEPT irrational numbers.

Example for converting fraction to decimal and the decimal back to a fraction:

 \frac{1}{10} \: is \: a \: fraction. \\ we \: can \: get \: its \: decimal \: form \: by \: dividng \: the \: numbers. \\ \frac{1}{10} = 0.1 \\ thus \: 0.1 \: is \: the \: decimal \: form \: of \: \frac{1}{10}.
While doing the reverse process we multiply both the numerator and the denominator by a multiple of 10 to remove the decimal point.

50.05 \\ = \frac{50.05}{1} \\ = \frac{50.05 \times 100}{1 \times 100} \: (multiplying \: by \: 100 \: to \: remov \: the \: decimal \: point). \\ = \frac{5005}{100}. \\ \\ therefore \: \frac{5005}{100} \: is \: the \: fraction \: form \: of \: the \: decimal \: 50.05.

Since the denominator is 100, we can say that it is in it's percentage form i.e., 5005 percent.
