Sum of every angle in a triangle = 180°

Then let's suppose the missing angle be Y

50°+70°+Y = 180°

120°+Y = 180°

Y = 180° - 120°

Y = 60° ............... {1}

Now, there is a property of exterior angle of a triangle

The property says : any angle in the triangle is supplementary to the exterior angle.

x + y = 180°

x + 60° = 180° ......... from {1}

x = 180° - 60°

x = 120°

X = 120°
