thickness of one disc = 0.5cm

so,thickness of 50 discs h =0.5*50= 25cm

radius of disc r = 7cm

so, area of cylinder so form A= 2*πr h + 2πr^2

A = 2*3.14*7 *25 + 2*3.14*49

A=157*7 + 6.28

*49

A=1099+307.72=1406.72cmsq.

volume of this cylinder=. πr^2 h

V=3.14*49*25= 3846.5cubic cm

also,

side of cube =25cm

volume. = (25)^3 =15625cm^3

so,

space left in cube = vol. of cube - vol.of cylinder

=(15625 - 3846.5)cm^3

= 11778.5cm^3
