Given that

P1  =750mmHg−14mmHg=736mmHg

V1=50cm3  ,T1=17  

0C=290K

P2=760mmHg

V2=?cm3  ,T2=0C=273K

Hence the Gas equation

​290/736×50 =273/760×v2

∴V2​=  290×760/736×50×273

V2​=45.58 cm3

 

Thus, the volume of dry gas at STP is 45.58 cm  3
