% of Ca = Molar mass of Ca / Molar mass of CaCO₃ ×100

= 40/ 100 ×100

= 40 %

40% of x = 50 g

40/100 × x = 50

x= 50 × 100/40

x = 125 g

Mass of CaCO₃ = 125 g

Mass of CO₃ = 125 - 50

= 75 g

= 75000 mg
