50 kg of N2 gas and 10 kg of H2 gas are mixed to produce NH3 gas.Calculate the amount of NH3 gas formed. So i wanted to know that according to law of conservation of mass 50kg+10kg=60kg so NH3 would be 60 kg or what?

Answer:

N2+ 3H2 - 2NH3

50+ 3×10 = 80 Kg

explanation

The law of conservation of mass says the total mass of product and reactant would equal on both sides. So you have to balance the equation first then calculate the weight
