In a ∆ ABC, right-angled at C, AC = 6 cm and AB = 12 cm. Find ∠ A. CBSE Mathematics

In ∆ABC ,

<C = 90°

AB = 12 cm ,

AC = 6 cm

CosA = AC/AB

= 6/12

= 1/2

=> Cos A = cos 60°

=> A = 60°
