= The tittle for this chapter is because A girl taught her grandmother a kannadian Alphabet. Grandmother was really very good student.

A DOG NAMED DUKE

= The tittle for this chapter is really correct as Duke was extraordinary dog who cares his master slot and understand his all problems.

THE MAN WHO KNEW TOO MUCH

= In this chapter one man was there private quelch he was really very intelligent we should say but his bad manner.... was really very irritating.. As in kitchen he told that how to peel potato...

= In this there was a boy Harold he was extraordinary child His father was famous boxer but his parents thought that this profession was not good so they don't tell about this profession of his father to him.

This story was published in the book How I Taught My Grandmother to Read and Other Stories in the year 2004 by Penguin Books India. Later this story was included in the Class 9 English Communicative set Syllabus. This story narrated the incident where the author recalls that how she had taught her illiterate grandmother to read.
