Answer:

Electrical energy is caused by moving electric charges called electrons. The faster the charges move, the more electrical energy they carry. As the charges that cause the energy are moving, electrical energy is a form of kinetic energy.

All changes whether physical or chemical involves changes in energy.

Energy can either be evolved (exothermic) or can be absorbed (endothermic).

In physical changes like phase change energy is involved where as in chemical change, energy is involved in breaking and making of bond.
