Answer:

self inspection means self-discipline which means self-control, which gives you inner strength and a way to control yourself, actions, and reactions. It is one of the most important and useful skills to achieve success and everyone should possess this quality. Self-discipline comes naturally to some people. And some people can achieve it with some effort. The effort made is worth it as it changes life for the better. It just means exercising self- control. A person who stays in control has the ability to take charge of his/her actions and reactions.  For example i felt very proud of myself when i got my first gold medal for running. it was amazing. the crowd was cheering for me, we even got ice-cream to celebrate. it truly was a proud  moment. however, not all moments are proud like when i first lied to my parents , i felt really bad. that was a very sad moment. my strenghts are multi-tasking,doin different sports, focusing on gymnastics , running etc. my draw backs are lying, cheating and being dishonest. whatever you do in ur life u should do it with pride. Only do things which make you and u family proud!

hope it helps! :D

I hv given u the answer so now pls mark me as brainliest.

Answer:

Self-inspection is a process by which you teach more about yourself or it’s a process of critically reviewing the quality of one’s own presentations such as what you like, what you don’t like, and how you tend to react to certain condition. Knowing these things can help you determine which work environment and work situations could be a healthier fit for you. Self-inspection may be commenced on an individual basis or, in the frame work of external feature evaluation on a collective basis. Self-inspection is used interchangeably with self-evaluation and self-study in the context of higher education quality. They all involve a process of self-reflection by the institution or sub-institutional unit being reviewed and the preparation of a document reflecting that self-reflection. Self-inspection comprises of two main elements – making decisions about the standards of performance expected and then making judgments about the quality of the performance in relation to these standards. Self-inspection began as a preparation for assessment, although it is an essential business process in its own right. The self-inspection process must be effectively led and managed and should be an integral part of the organization’s management. Self-inspection is a process of creative assessment during which students reflect on and evaluate the quality of their work and their learning, judge the degree to which they reflect explicitly stated goals or criteria, identify strengths and weaknesses in their work, and revise accordingly.
