Every natural number has an infinite number of multiples. The given statement is true or not. If true give reason.

Yes, every natural number as an infinite number of multiples because there are infinite numbers in the number system. So you can go pn multiplying the numbers till the end and as there is no end, there are infinite number of multiples.
