The members of Cabinet under Presidential System are accountable to the President.

In a presidential system of government the President is the chief executive who is elected directly by the people. The three branches of government that is the executive, legislative and judiciary are constitutionally independent.

The President appoints his Cabinet of ministers or secretaries. They are not the members of legislature. Presidents have a great deal of control over the Cabinet appointees. They are accountable to the President and serve at his pleasure.

Legislative (Senate and House of Representatives)
3.
