Given that,
Side of square tile , a = 25cm
Area of each tile = a²
= (25cm)²
= 625 cm²
Now,
Area of hall = no. of tiles × Area of each tile
= 500×625 cm²
= (500×625)/1000 m²
{Since 1cm² = 1/1000 m²}
= 31.25 m²
Hence, Area of hall is 31.25 m²
