Given:

Principle=₹5000

Rate=5%

Time=2 years

As we know :

A=P ({1 +   \frac{r}{100} }^{2} )

A = 5000( {1 +  \frac{5}{100} }^{2} ) \\A  = 5000( {1 +  \frac{1}{20} }^{2} ) \\ A = 5000(  { \frac{21}{20} }^{2} ) \\ A = 5000 \times  \frac{21}{20}  \times  \frac{21}{20}  \\  A=  \frac{50 \times 21 \times 21}{2 \times 2}   \\ A=  \frac{22050}{4}  \\ A = 5512.5

Therefore the amount is ₹5512.50

Now compound Interest = A-P

=₹5512.50-5000

=512.50

Therefore Amount is ₹5512.50 and compound Interest is ₹512.50
